How to Track Your Metabo Drops Order
After you place your order on the official Metabo Drops website, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain your order number and tracking information once your package ships.
Check your inbox for an order confirmation email. This is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Also check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
Wait for your shipping confirmation email. This is typically sent one to two business days after your order is placed. It will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package in real time. Standard domestic shipping typically takes five to seven business days.
Contact Metabo Drops support directly if you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours or a tracking number within three business days of ordering.
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days. Standard US shipping takes five to seven additional business days. Six-bottle orders include free shipping. Orders with standard two-bottle and three-bottle packages may include a shipping fee.
International shipping times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Check your order confirmation for the shipping option you selected.
What if My Order Has Not Arrived?
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, check around your door and with neighbors first. Then contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, contact Metabo Drops customer support directly through your order confirmation email.
